
The perfect way to celebrate the summer season is to treat yourself and/or a friend to a
relaxing afternoon tea. You will be seated under the gazebo in a picturesque area of the
garden, listening to the tranquil waterfall and embraced by flowers, herbs and nature.
You will be served scones with lemon curd and Devonshire cream, pesto chicken salad on
a croissant, cucumber slaw, mixed berry chocolate trifle and iced teas. After tea Kathy
Mathews will show you how to dry herbs for tea, and you will take home an herbal tea bag.
